Casey Osborn is the Early Learning Policy Associate at the Children’s Alliance. She works with the Early Learning team at the Children’s Alliance and the Early Learning Action Alliance to advocate for the availability of high-quality early learning opportunities for all of Washington’s children.
As an undergraduate student at Connecticut College, Casey majored in West African Studies and participated in the Holleran Center’s Program in Community Action and Public Policy. After studying and working for a local non-profit organization in Bamako, Mali, Casey moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was a Teach For America corps member and kindergarten teacher at the People For People Charter School. Casey graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science in Education in 2009.
