Christina Twu serves as Communications Associate for the Children’s Alliance. In this role, she helps craft and implement powerful messages for policies that serve the best interests of Washington’s young people, children and families. Previously, Christina earned a bachelor’s in journalism at Western Washington University and has reported on issues affecting communities of color in education, health and business. She also has worked with area civic groups and nonprofits either directly with youth or in service of better outcomes for young people through communications, development and community organizing.
A lifelong Washington resident, children’s advocate and youth ally, Christina comes from a strong undoing racism ethic and operates under the belief that young people are our greatest asset and should hence be our greatest investment.
