We offer a hybrid work schedule two (2) days in office, three (3) days remote.

WHAT WE OFFER
Children’s Alliance provides a comprehensive paid time off package, including 2 weeks of vacation in the first year (with additional days accrued each year of service), 12 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays, 2 weeks of annual sick leave, and a 2-month sabbatical every seven years.
We support the health and well-being of our employees and their families by offering a comprehensive insurance package. This includes heavily subsidized medical and dental coverage, as well as employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance.
We offer a 403(b), tax deferred retirement plan with dollar-for-dollar matching not exceeding 4% of the employee’s compensation.
Other benefits in cell phone stipend, annual cost-of-living adjustments, and opportunities for additional compensation through holiday bonuses and spot awards.
